Beginning therapy can be a bit intimidating, especially if you’ve never done it before. It is a process, which in client-therapist partnership, we work to initially gather information about your past, present and goals for the future, about family of origin, children, relationships, pets, traumas, and grief/loss.

What is important to you, what do you value? In this process, trust and rapport is built. The goal is to sort, learn, identify the parts of your life that you might be interested in maintaining, and potentially changing and then introducing some ideas and skills to help you heal, cope and thrive.
